MBFWA Runway Report: Daniel Avakian

Since launching in 2007, Daniel Avakian has become known for his impeccable tailoring and contemporary approach to design.

Today’s Resort 17 collection was a nod to the ’90s, with sleek slip dresses, spaghetti straps, and fluid tailoring all featuring throughout the show. Candy pink and golden yellow punctuated a predominantly monochromatic palette, and the designer played with texture and print through the use of mesh, gingham and organza. We’re big fans of Daniel Avakian’s new collection and are celebrating the return to effortless and styling and a relaxed approach to dressing.
